Kishore Deshpande, CEO

Mr. Deshpande is a technology visionary, as well as the sales strategist of the company. Mr. Deshpande worked as an independent software consultant providing technical services to companies including Sun Microsystems, Comverse Technologies, Cadre Technologies and other leading technology firms.

Mr. Deshpande holds a Master of Computer Science from Worcester Polytechnics, Worcester, MA, and a Master of Mathematics from Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Mumbai, India.
 
 
Jerry G. Creteau
Director - Channel Sales

Mr. Creteau has been associated with the ECM and document capture industry for the past several years. Prior to joining Daybreak, he was an Account Executive at Cranel Imaging a Major Account Executive at Ricoh Business Solutions and a Regional Sales Manager and National Channel Director at eCopy. Mr. Creteau holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Print Management from the Rochester Institute of Technology.
 
 
Walter Beinecke
Member, Board of Advisors

Mr.Beinecke is a Partner of Brook Venture Fund II, L.P. where along with the other partners he manages the firm's investment activity. Drawing on his extensive operating background, Mr.Beinecke provides Brook's portfolio companies with counsel and strategic planning in sales, business development and operating strategy. Mr.Beinecke has served as CEO, President and EVP of seed and expansion stage companies from inception to $50 million/year in revenue. Prior to joining the venture capital world, Mr. Walter raised over $100 million for 6 expansion stage private companies, where he played the founding and/or senior leadership role leading these companies and generated successful exits for investors. Mr.Beinecke is a recognized leader and occasional speaker in the digital marketing and loyalty marketing field.
Before joining Brook Mr.Beinecke served as President of RewardsNow, Inc, which provides database marketing and CRM services to debit and credit card issuers nationwide. During his tenure the company enjoyed substantial revenue growth, tripling sales during the period. Prior to that Mr.Beinecke served as President and Co-Managing Partner of Affinity Marketing Group (AMG), based in Wellesley, MA. AMG sponsors, launches, and invests in co-branded and affinity credit card portfolios. Mr.Beinecke also served as CEO of subsidiary, S&H Partners, and also acted in a consulting role to the associated SBIC, Venture Capital Fund of New England. Prior to that Mr.Beinecke was the Founder and Executive VP of S&H Greenpoints of Del Ray Beach, FL and New York, NY. Mr.Beinecke acquired the 108 year old Sperry & Hutchinson Company, raised more than $50 million of private equity, recruited the senior management team, and subsequently acquired and combined with S&H a leading retail database services company, Xinetix, Inc. While there he managed the combined operations and led its growth from $4 million/year to more than $35 million/year. Prior to that Mr.Beinecke was President and CEO of Biological Technologies International, Inc. of Manchester, MA, where he managed the company, doubling its revenue in the period before selling the company to Magellan Technologies two years after the initial investment. Before that Mr.Beinecke advised the management of GI Plastek, Inc on the buyout from its former parent company, Walco Inc, after which he was responsible for new business development activity, growing its sales from $35 to $45 million over two years. During his early years Mr.Beinecke was co-founder and managing partner of MHB Partners, a real estate development partnership, and also the Founder, President and CEO of Silvan, Inc., a major wood products and dimensional parts manufacturer.

Mr.Beinecke holds degree in economics from University of California.

Mr.Beinecke serves on the boards of RewardsNow, Inc., WA Wilde Company, Anodyne Health Partners, Mobile Medical Corp and RSI, Inc. He also serves on a number of not-for profit boards, including Brookwood School, and the Osceola Foundation.
 
 
Ed Marino
Member, Board of Advisors

In December 2008, Mr.Marino joined Wilde as President responsible for delivering on the overall strategic plan of the business as well as executing to that plan, Sales, Business Development and Operations across all Wilde companies. As President, Mr.Marino is focused on continued business growth and development through sound planning and execution in support of customer needs.
Mr.Marino has over 30 years of business experience with more than 20 years in the Printing, Imaging and Document Management sectors within both manufacturing and service businesses.

Mr.Marino has spent more than 12 years in the CEO-Level role for public and private companies in the technology sector. He has worked for fortune 500 companies and small to mid-cap companies as well.

Mr.Marino was a Founder, President and CEO of the industry leader in On-Demand Delivery Services (hardcopy and e-books) to the Book Publishing Industry. Mr.Marino received his BS in Electrical Engineering from Temple University and MS in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from Drexel University. He is a current or former board member of several non-profit organizations including; the Electronic Document Systems Foundation (EDSF), New York University’s Graphic Communications Advisory Board, the Boys and Girls Club in New Hampshire, and the Graphic Arts Technical Foundation (GATF). He is a published author of a book titled The Loyalty Payoff, and is a frequent speaker at professional conferences.
